This consultation covers the first Electricity Market Reform (EMR) Delivery Plan. It explains the assumptions underpinning the suggested strike prices and seeks views and additional evidence from consultees. It also sets out and seeks views on a proposed reliability standard, which will guide the level of capacity that is contracted for in the Capacity Market.
