Supporting pupils at school with medical conditions

In September 2014, a new duty will come into force on governing bodies to make arrangements to support pupils at school with medical conditions.

We are seeking views on the draft statutory guidance which has been developed to help governing bodies to in fulfil their statutory responsibilities in respect of this new duty.

We are also interested in hearing the views of others involved in supporting pupils at school with medical conditions who may need to follow the new guidance when carrying out their responsibilities.
