Extending the Horserace Betting Levy - a consultation on implementation

This technical consultation seeks views on the mechanics of extending the Horserace Betting Levy to offshore remote gambling operators licensed by the Gambling Commission. The consultation document sets out the legislative changes that the government proposes to put in place by means of a Statutory Instrument, seeks evidence about potential impact and sets out next steps. The consultation will close on 21 August.
