Detail
The Human Fertilisation and Embryology (Parental Orders) Regulations are being remade to sit alongside the Human Fertilisation and Embryology Act 2008 (Remedial) Order 2018. This will allow a single person to apply for a parental order to become a child’s legal parent after a surrogacy arrangement.
We are seeking views from all those with an interest in this issue on whether the regulations are correct and accurate.
