The Intellectual Property Office is inviting comments on changes to Section 72 (the public showing of broadcasts) and on draft regulations.
The government consulted on proposed changes to Section 72 in 2015.
In light of the responses received, this is a further consultation and technical review on the draft regulations for introducing the changes.
