Feed-in Tariffs Licensees (Phase 2C)

As announced in the government response to Phase 2B of the FITs Comprehensive Review published in July 2012, DECC conducted a short consultation (known as Phase 2C) with FITs Licensees (electricity suppliers) on technical aspects of the FITs scheme.

The changes consulted on included: Licensee of Last Resort (LoLR), mutualisation, in-year entry for Voluntary FITs Licensees, and Ofgem’s enforcement powers. The resulting changes to the FITs Order and Supply Licence Modifications came into effect on 1 July 2013.”
