This consultation sets out proposals relating to information requirements for planning applications.
These proposals include changes to secondary legislation on information requirements for outline planning applications, and a requirement that local authorities update their local lists of information requirements at least every 2 years. It also sets out proposed changes to the standard application form.
The Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) (Amendment No 3) Order 2012 (SI 2012/3109), and correction slip, bring into force the legislative changes consulted on.
