Network Rail licence changes

We consulted you about the implementation of PR13 on 12 July 2013. Chapter 8 covered some proposed changes to conditions in Network Rail’s network licence.

This document sets out our conclusions and a formal statutory consultation on our updated proposals. Subject to this consultation and Network Rail’s consent, we intend to make the changes proposed no later than 1 April 2014 when CP5 starts. The changes are mainly to clarify, streamline and simplify obligations.
