The consultation on the English catchments of the Solway Tweed draft flood risk management plan closed on 2 June 2015. This aligned with the Scottish Environment Protection Agency consultation on the Scottish catchments. This public consultation sought your views on how the risks from flooding should be managed.
Consultations for the English draft flood risk management plans, including the Severn and the Dee, closed on 31 January 2015. The consultations sought views on proposals to reduce flood risk for communities and deal with the impacts of flooding when it occurs. Your responses will inform the first cycle of flood risk management plans. These will be published shortly.
River basin management plansA consultation on the update to the draft river basin management plans closed on 10 April 2015. This consultation asked you to consider the issues, and current and possible future actions needed to protect and improve the water environment.
