Refusing entry or stay to NHS debtors: consultation

This consultation reviewed the proposed changes to refuse entry to people who are in debt with the NHS. The consultation also reviewed ways to identify and remove visitors who are trying to conceal an intention to access NHS services while they are in the UK.
