New statutory powers for the Forensic Science Regulator

This consultation sets out the government’s intended approach to statutory powers for the regulator and invites suggestions as to whether these powers are necessary, how they would work and any alternatives available.

This consultation runs for 8 weeks from 8 November 2013 to 3 January 2014.
