Consultation on the carcinogens and mutagens regulations 2007

This consultation seeks your views on proposed amendments to the merchant shipping and fishing vessels (health and safety at work) (carcinogens and mutagens) regulations 2007 (S.I. 2007/3100) (“the 2007 regulations”) to implement changes to exposure limits and health surveillance requirements.
