• new standard rules permit for capture, treatment, and storage of biogas from lagoons and tanks
• a generic risk assessment for this standard rules permit
• standard rules application and subsistence charges for this standard rules permit

This consultation will be of particular interest to:

• operators, trade associations and businesses
• other regulators, the public, community groups and non-governmental organisations with an interest in environmental issues

We are asking for your views on whether the new standard rules permit ensures that the risks to the environment and human health are reduced to an acceptable level for this activity.
