Interim measures in merger cases
The CMA is seeking the views of interested parties, particularly merging parties and legal advisers involved in transactions where interim measures may be relevant.

The CMA is consulting on a new draft version of guidance for interim measures in merger investigations as well as a new draft version of the template initial enforcement order to be used in completed cases. This follows consultations on a previous draft version of the guidance in 2019 and in 2018.
