Occupational and Personal Pension Schemes (Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations 2011 – draft regulations

This consultation document sought views on the draft Occupational and Personal Pension Schemes (Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations 2011. The intention is that the regulations will come into force on 6 April 2011.

On 21 February 2011, the government published its response to this consultation.

On 23 May, the government published a further response to this consultation covering Regulation 4 and Schedule 2 of the Occupational and Personal Pension Schemes (Miscellaneous Amendment) Regulations 2011 (page 8 of the original consultation response has further details).
