Social security information-sharing: draft regulations

This consultation sought views on the introduction of new powers to make data-sharing easier for certain welfare services and social security purposes.

The consultation was aimed primarily at all local authorities across England, Scotland and Wales, including parts of the local authority that deliver Housing Benefit or welfare services.
