We are consulting on new regulations to protect border security during strike action.

This consultation is aimed at:

employees of Border Force
members and officers of relevant trade unions
members of the public using international ports and airports
individuals and organisations with an interest in border security
members of organisations which have provided cover for border security services during industrial action
businesses concerned in passenger travel or the importation or exportation of goods, including port and airport operators
