Energy Company Obligation in-use factors

This consultation seeks your views on the inclusion of ‘in-use factors’ when calculating the carbon reduction scores from insulation measures installed under the Energy Company Obligation (ECO).

We would like to hear from as wide a range of stakeholders as possible, in particular those organisations who are likely to be obligated under ECO or who are interested in investing in energy efficiency.
