Proposals for changes to Gambling Commission fees from 1 October 2021

This consultation proposes an uplift to Gambling Commission fees based on proposals from the Gambling Commission to the Government. This is separate to the ongoing Gambling Act Review.

The proposed uplift in fees would enable the Gambling Commission to continue to recover its costs and tackle new challenges in regulation, including increasing technological developments and changes to the market.
