Draft statement on transparency and disclosure

The Office for the Internal Market (OIM) seeks views on its draft statement on transparency and disclosure.

The statement explains how the OIM will obtain, handle and disclose the information that it needs to carry out its functions. It contains details of how it will approach confidential material and sets out the information related procedures it will follow with its government, industry and other stakeholders.

The consultation will run for 4 weeks, from 20 April 2022 to 17 May 2022.

Responses should be submitted by email no later than 23:59 on 17 May 2022 and should be sent to: OIM@cma.gov.uk.
