We are seeking views on a consultation about our proposals for implementing EU directive 2012/33/EU on the sulphur content of marine fuel. The purpose of the draft regulations is to:
- take account of changes to the regime governing the sulphur content of marine fuels internationally
- introduce stricter limits in line with international law
