Draft large combustion plants (transitional national plan) regulations 2015

Under the Industrial Emissions Directive (IED), a transitional national plan can be used to give large combustion plants extra time to invest in technology. This will help large combustion plants meet stricter emission standards for three key pollutants (nitrogen oxides, sulphur dioxide and dust).
