The CMA is inviting views on proposed changes to its guidance on applications for leniency and no-action in cartel cases (OFT1495).
OFT1495 was issued by the Office of Fair Trading in July 2013, and was adopted by the CMA Board in 2014. It provides detailed guidance on the application of the CMA’s leniency policy.
