Introduction of Mandatory Registration for Customs Intermediaries

This consultation seeks views on:

• the proposed scope of mandatory registration requirements
• which intermediaries should be in scope or excluded
• the proposed mandatory requirements and associated checks
• the proposed enforcement approach
• how the proposals could be implemented proportionately

It is likely to be of interest to traders, intermediaries and trade and representative bodies, but we welcome responses from any individual or trader with views.
