We are consulting on draft guidance for the road fuel monitoring function relating to the exercise of our new information gathering powers under the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024.

Following this consultation, we will publish clear guidance for retailers who are required to submit information to the CMA to facilitate our monitoring function.
