Revisions to the Senior Traffic Commissioner’s statutory document on the conduct of vocational drivers

The statutory guidance on vocational driver conduct has been reviewed and revised. The Traffic Commissioners are now seeking views on the proposed revisions.

The document sets out the standards for professional lorry, bus and coach drivers and applicants. It also explains how traffic commissioners and staff delegated to act on their behalf propose to deal with driver conduct cases.
