The Motor Insurers’ Bureau (MIB) deals with claims from motorists involved in accidents with uninsured or untraced drivers.
The MIB acts as the insurer of last resort under agreements made with the Department for Transport. These agreements are reviewed from time to time to incorporate any necessary changes.
