Consultation on Directive 2016/1629 - Inland waterway vessels

Overview of this consultation

This consultation seeks your views on proposals to implement Directive (EU) 2016/1629 (the Directive). Our recommendation is to take the same approach to implementation that we followed in our implementation of Directive 2006/87/EC (which the Directive repeals), which is to make fullest use possible of derogations available in the Directive.
