Experimental aircraft: operation under new 'E' conditions

The Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) seeks feedback on proposals to amend the Air Navigation Order to allow the operation of experimental aircraft under ‘E’ conditions.

‘E’ conditions have been created to make it simpler to try out a concept in the air without going through all the costly and time consuming procedures that exist for certifying a new design for production.
