Foreign Secretary William Hague launched the Government’s review of the balance of competences in Parliament on 12 July 2012.
The Foreign and Commonwealth Office led on the report on foreign policy in the first semester of the review.
The call for evidence for the foreign policy report opened on 28 November 2012 and closed on 28 February 2013.
