Further education residential accommodation standards consultation

This consultation relates to one item in the current consultation on gender questioning children: draft schools and colleges guidance, launched on 19 December.

To reflect the latest clarification in the gender questioning guidance, the Department for Education is seeking views on making a matching amendment to one paragraph in the further education residential accommodation: national minimum standards.

The rest of the standards are not affected. These standards were last updated in 2018.
