Bereavement Benefit for the 21st Century

This consultation sought views on how bereavement benefit payments should support future working-age widows, widowers and widowed civil partners. Payments made under the War Pensions Scheme or Armed Forces Compensation Scheme will not be affected by this review, nor are those already in receipt of bereavement benefits at the point at which a new scheme would be introduced.
