Transfer of responsibility of the certificate of free sales (CFS) to MHRA

MHRA will take over the responsibility and management of the CFS from the beginning of April 2015, which was previously held by the Department of Health. We are now undertaking a second consultation about the move and the introduction of a fee to cover the costs of certification. We are also seeking input from those who would be interested in joining a small users group to work with MHRA in developing and improving the present system.
