National Infrastructure Commission

This consultation seeks views on the proposed governance, structure and operation of the National Infrastructure Commission. The commission was launched on 5 October 2015 and has been working in shadow form since then. The views expressed will help to inform legislation which will establish the commission in permanent form. The government would welcome views from all interested parties, including regulators, industry experts, lawyers and investors.
