'Right to work' draft code of practice for employers: avoiding unlawful discrimination

This consultation seeks views on proposed amendments to the Home Office code of practice for employers on avoiding unlawful discrimination while preventing illegal working.

This consultation is aimed at all employers who carry out right to work checks and those who will be brought into scope of the Right to Work Scheme later this year.
