We are consulting on changes to the provision of early education and childcare as a result of measures in the Children and Families Act 2014.
The measures in the Act were set out in:
- the report ‘More Great Childcare’ published by the Department for Education on 29 January 2013
- the report ‘More Affordable Childcare’ published on 16 July 2013
