Defra guidance and data reforms: costs, benefits and early feedback
Seeking views on costs and benefits to business from the reforms to Defra’s guidance and information, plus feedback on the effects so far.
We want to know what you think about the changes we’ve made to our guidance and information requests so far. The reforms are expected to make it easier for businesses and we’re interested in the benefits and costs for businesses because of these changes.
In particular, we are focused on the reforms set out in the Defra guidance and data reforms impact assessment. Most of the guidance and data reforms described in the impact assessment have now been implemented.
We’d also like to invite feedback from stakeholders on their recent experience of using Defra guidance and reporting information to Defra and its agencies.
