Green paper on electoral reform
The Secretary of State published a green paper on future electoral arrangements for the National Assembly for Wales and invited responses from interested parties.

This consultation paper sets out the UK government’s options and proposals for changes to the make-up of the National Assembly for Wales, including:
- the number of assembly constituencies
- the length of assembly terms
- whether candidates can stand at the same election in an assembly constituency and a region
- whether assembly members should be able to sit simultaneously in the Westminster Parliament
The impact assessments are also listed below and then the summary of responses received, which includes the list of respondents.
