Barriers to long-term contracts for independent renewable generation investment

This call for evidence sets out the role of independent renewable developers in delivering low carbon generation, the requirements of a competitive long-term contract (PPA) market in ensuring independent renewable developers are able to play a continued role and high-level options that may be necessary to remove barriers to achieving an efficient route to market.
