Bathing waters review 2013: Heysham Half Moon Bay

This consultation sought the public’s views on our proposal to remove Heysham Half Moon Bay from the list of bathing waters designated under the Bathing Water Directive (76/160/EEC, revised by 2006/7/EC), following an application from Lancaster City Council.   

Evidence of facilities and usage at the site has been provided, together with the outcomes of a local consultation. Criteria for designation and dedesignation of bathing waters is also attached.
