Abolition of contracting out on a defined contribution basis: consultation on draft consequential legislation

This consultation sought views on whether the draft consequential legislation would permit contracted out rebates to be paid or recovered after the abolition date, for periods prior to 6 April 2012, whilst still achieving the government’s objective of ending contracting-out on a money purchase basis.
