Targeted consultation on proposed amendments to the Biofuel (Labelling) Regulations 2004

These amendments to the biofuel labelling regulation are to implement Article 21(1) of Directive 2009/28/EC. The article which requires that, where more than 10% biofuel, by volume, is used it is indicated at point of sale.

An impact assessment of implementing these amendments was completed on 26 July 2011.
