UK competition regime: options for further reform

The laws, institutions and powers that cover competition and anti-competitive activities are collectively known as the competition regime. The current regime was put in place 2 years ago. We’d like to hear your views on further reforms to reduce the burden on businesses and encourage faster decisions.

The consultation considers technical and procedural changes as well as ways to improve the regime for consumers and businesses. It will be of particular interest to UK businesses, consumer groups and competition lawyers.
