Supply and Appropriation (Anticipation and Adjustments) Act 2016

A Bill To authorise the use of resources for the years ending with 31 March 2015, 31 March2016 and 31 March 2017; to authorise the issue of sums out of the Consolidated Fundfor those years; and to appropriate the supply authorised by this Act for the yearsending with 31 March 2015 and 31 March 2016.

<p>The Bill passed all its Commons stages formally on Wednesday 2 March 2016. </p><p>Supply and Appropriation Bills are presented as Money Bills.</p><p>Money Bills (Bills designed to raise money through taxes or spend public money) start in the Commons and must receive Royal Assent no later than a month after being introduced in the Lords, even if the Lords has not passed them.
