Victims of Rape and Serious Sexual Offences (Free Access to Sentencing Remarks) Bill

A Bill to require the provision, free of charge, to victims of rape and serious sexual offences of transcripts of sentencing remarks delivered following conviction for those offences; and for connected purposes.
