Public Sector Buildings (Energy Performance) Bill
A BIll to make further provision about energy efficiency and microgeneration in public sector buildings; and for conencted purposes
This Bill would require buildings newly procured by central Government to have a class A or B Energy Performance Certificate, calculated on the basis of information obtained within the previous 12 months.
