Food Products (Marketing to Children) Bill
A Bill to make provision about the advertising, marketing and promotion of food and drink products to children; and for connected purposes
Under the provisions of the Bill, it would be an offence for a person or organisation to advertise or promote to children food products (including drinks products) which are classified as ‘less healthy’.
