Building Regulations (Amendment) Bill [HL]
To provide for the amendment of the Building Regulations 2000 to make it a requirement to install an automatic fire suppression system in new residential premises.
The Building Regulations (Amendment) Bill proposes that all new residential premises must be fitted with an automatic fire suppression system.
